Soundtracks Uncovered: A Review of Sour Kiss by N.O.A.H Music

Amidst the Lockdown Season of 2020, three lifelong friends Ryan Hill, Adam Rooney and Ronan Hynes formed N.O.A.H as a reformation of their band from secondary school. Taking inspiration from the ultimate reformation story, "Noah and the Ark", the band changed it's name and disembarked on the journey of discovering their new sound.

N.O.A.H are an up and coming Irish indie rock band soaring into the music scene with their Debut Single, Shine, released in September 2020. N.O.A.H are continuing to make waves in the indie scene with their newest single Sour Kiss with N.OA.H taking an inward look at relationships with this fresh new tune.

Sour Kiss delves into themes of betrayal, heartbreak, the short-lived sense of satisfaction. With engaging lyrics, addictive melodies and contagious energy, N.O.A.H create a sound that truly captivates the listener and relate to the song on an emotional level.

Produced by the Grammy-winning Ruadhri Cushnan, the record is engulfed by a lively rhythm, memorable melodies, and guitar instrumentals that will live you captivated by N.OA.H's unique sound.

Sour Kiss incorporates a blend of upbeat drums and flitting guitars, while the lyrics allude to the unique perspective of examining your own thoughts and feelings within a relationship rather than blaming the other person, making the song stand out.

N.O.A.H's evolution within the indie music scene is poignant following the release of Sour Kiss earlier this summer. The band continue to enhance their sound and make their mark on the music scene.
